Log into Desk, select Exclusive Look then choose Listings (Sellers) or Wants & Needs (Buyers)
Select CB Exclusive, which shares your pre-MLS property with all Coldwell Banker Realty agents and on ColdwellBankerHomes.com, or Sneak Peek, accessible to all Coldwell Banker agents one business day before your property is live on the MLS
Review your contact info
Associate additional owners and a lead agent (who will receive the lead) to the listing
Complete property details then click Add Listing
